Beds 23 & 24

The practice is more important than metaphysical conviction. The prophets and Jesus were not very keen on metaphysical descriptions of God. What they talked about was doing things, behaving in a way that changes you profoundly. In the course of that behavior, especially compassionate behavior, you encounter another transcendent reality. When you step outside of yourself, you experience a transcendent reality.

Luke 9:23 If anyone wants to follow Me, he must give up himself...

The tools are in place. The benches are built. The jigs are done. We are back to building. Next bunk bed will go to one of our own who needs a bed. It is both about the beds and not about the beds.
