For me to consider a church, it has to pass the bulletin test. You can tell a lot from a church bulletin and newsletter.
I recently read one that was filled with all the things the church was doing within itself. There was nothing related to the work of the kingdom in the community.
That bulletin will end up in my trash and I will be moving on from there. I'm not looking for a country club.
