A family has been referred from the Interfaith Hospitality Network - an emergency homeless shelter program run by a network of churches.
I met the women the other day. Her name is Crystal. She has 4 kids. She will be moving into her own housing at the end of this month. She has no beds for the kids. IHN has one donated twin mattress.
What should we do?
A person from our Under Construction community is going to take someone with her to meet Crystal and her family, and to tour the IHN. We need to work on the screening and relationship part of UC. Let's pray for them and for Crystal and her family.
